Zoni exists to make choosing an ISP in Nigeria less painful. To keep the service honest we want to be clear about what our data does and doesn't promise.
Zoni is a marketplace, not an ISP
We do not own, operate, or resell any internet service. Any installation, service quality, billing, or support issue is between you and the ISP you choose. Zoni facilitates the introduction and tracks the request; the contract for service is with the ISP.
Coverage indicators
Coverage zones are submitted and maintained by ISP partners under our Founding Partner MOU. We label each match with a confidence chip:
- Confirmed — the ISP has attested they have installed at addresses inside the zone recently.
- Pending confirmation — the zone is claimed but not yet verified. The ISP still needs to confirm your specific address.
- Not available — no partner currently reports coverage for that location.
Coverage can change block-by-block and day-by-day. Even a “Confirmed” match may fail a site survey. Always treat coverage as a strong indicator, not a contract.
Pricing and speeds
Plan prices, speeds, contract lengths, and installation fees are provided by each ISP and may change without notice. Always confirm the final quote with your chosen ISP before payment.
Third-party links and content
Zoni may link to ISP websites, review platforms, or other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of those sites.
