Partner Relationship Manager

Own the end-to-end relationship with Zoni's ISP partners across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt — onboarding, MOU negotiation, KYC, performance, and growth.

About Zoni

Zoni is Nigeria's address-first ISP discovery and activation marketplace. We help homes and businesses find reliable internet providers in their exact location, compare real plans, and request installation with confidence. On the other side of the marketplace, we partner with Internet Service Providers across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt — giving them a dedicated Partner Relationship Management (PRM) dashboard to manage coverage, leads, team seats, KYC, and billing.

We're building the single source of truth for broadband access in Nigeria, and our ISP partners are at the centre of that mission.

Role overview

We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to own the end-to-end relationship with our ISP partners. You will be the bridge between Zoni and the ISPs that power our marketplace — onboarding new partners, managing MOU agreements, driving partner performance, and ensuring our partners get real value from the Zoni PRM platform.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines relationship-building with operational discipline, understands the Nigerian broadband landscape, and can work comfortably with a tech-driven dashboard.

What you'll do

Partner onboarding & activation

  • Identify, approach, and onboard qualified ISPs in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
  • Lead MOU negotiations and contract execution with new partners.
  • Coordinate KYC verification, coverage mapping, and service-plan setup on the PRM dashboard.
  • Ensure partners are fully activated and trained to receive leads within the first 30 days.

Partner account management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ISP partners.
  • Run regular business reviews, track partner KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Resolve partner issues and escalate operational or technical blockers to the right internal teams.

Performance & growth

  • Drive partner lead-conversion rates, response times, and installation success.
  • Recommend featured placements, promotions, and marketplace optimisations for top-performing partners.
  • Spot underperformance early and build recovery plans with partners.

Process & product improvement

  • Feed partner feedback into product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Help refine the PRM dashboard, coverage tools, and billing workflows based on real partner usage.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, documentation, and handbook standards.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences.
  • Support billing reconciliation, dispute resolution, and seat-management requests.

Who we're looking for

Required

  • 3–6 years of experience in partner management, account management, business development, or ISP/telecoms operations.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian internet service provider ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of managing B2B relationships and hitting commercial targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — comfortable with C-level and technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with CRM or dashboard tools; quick to learn new platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Existing network of contacts within Nigerian ISPs or telecoms.
  • Experience with marketplace, SaaS, or platform businesses.
  • Familiarity with KYC, coverage mapping, or field operations.
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable reading reports and using KPIs to guide decisions.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus.
  • Hybrid working environment with meaningful field engagement.
  • Direct impact on a high-growth marketplace serving one of Nigeria's most critical infrastructure needs.
  • Exposure to product, operations, and commercial strategy from day one.
  • Career growth as we expand to more cities and partner tiers.
